Sponsorship
Proud to Support
Supporting local clubs, groups, associations and Charities has been very important to the philosophy of Hammond Property Services, to give back to our thriving local Community and to assist the generous support that is given by local folk to many very good causes.
On arriving in Bingham back in 1999, Jonathan Hammond pledged to donate £100 for anyone that we sell a property for who has a genuine link to one of the many Organisations below. If you wish for your Organisation to be added to the list, then please get in touch with Jonathan Hammond by emailing:
Bingham Heritage Trails Association
Since its launch in 2000, Jonathan has been an avid supporter and printer of its quarterly Magazine which explained the detailed work and research carried out by the Group that has helped to tell the story and history of Bingham. To assist the organisation with its fund raising, Jonathan has also written and compered Quiz evenings for the Association.
Bingham CC
As the main Sponsor of the Cricket Club, Jonathan is all too aware of the success of the Club which has grown and expanded over the last few years with the renewed vigour and talents of a few good folk who were keen to make it happen. The success of the fundraising includes the day of Cricket against the touring Lashings Cricket Club https://lashingsworld.com/ in 2016.
Bingham Bowling Club
Jonathan is a Vice-President of the Bingham Bowling Club and has enjoyed many meetings with the President to make the £100 cheque donations for Members of the Club who have sold their properties through Hammond Property Services, with the funds being put towards the upgrading and improvements within the Clubhouse for the 2026 Season.
Bingham & District Audio Magazine
Jonathan has been interviewed on many occasions for the Audio Magazine with news of his Annual Cryptic Quiz that raised funds for the Nottingham Branch of ChildLine and his work as an Ambassador for the On Freedom’s Wings Project. To assist the organisation with its fund raising, Jonathan has also written and compered Quiz evenings for the Magazine.
The Rosie May Foundation
Jonathan is an Ambassador for the Rosie May Foundation and supports the Charity with its numerous day to day printing needs.
The Royal British Legion
Jonathan was the man behind the naming of the streets on the Roman’s Quarter Development
In 2017, Jonathan met with the Chairman of the Bingham Branch, Richard Montgomery, and suggested that it would be appropriate for the Centenary of the ending of the First World War to be commemorated with the names of the 36 Fallen Bingham men who did not return. After much work behind the scenes and with the approval of Rushcliffe Borough Council, the positive decision was made and Jonathan was proud to be invited to attend the opening of the Development back in 2018.
Radcliffe Male Voice Choir
Jonathan was proud to assist the Radcliffe Male Voice Choir as it raised funds for both the Prostate Cancer UK Charity and Juno Women’s Aid.
Bomber Gateway Trust
Jonathan has been an Ambassador for the On Freedom’s Wings Project since 2019 and was engaged with helping the fundraising and much arm twisting that was needed to get this £1.2 Million Pound project ‘off the ground‘. Jonathan regularly gives an emotional talk about the Statue and the fatal last flight of Lancaster Bomber R5689 (VN-N) on the 18th September 1942
Guide Dogs
Jonathan and his Team raised enough money to train and support two Guide Dogs, naming one of them Pearl, in celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Company in 2018.
Community Led Plan
Jonathan was a Committee Member for the Community Led Plan which reported in 2016 and was instrumental in bringing about many of the recent changes within Bingham, as the work was then adopted into the Rushcliffe Borough Council’s Bingham Master Plan. Essential improvements to the now much-used Bingham Market Place for events throughout the year, the creation of the new Bingham Arena & Enterprise Centre, Leisure Centre, Gym and allocated space for the new office and business area that was created within the grounds and the changes to the layout of the Bingham Market Place to enhance public safety.
NSPCC
Jonathan writes and comperes the Annual Quiz that is held in the W.I. Hut in Bingham to raise funds for this very important organisation.

George came to replace our electric radiator and we can honestly say he is a professional. He was very punctual, polite, and extremely skilled at what he does. He worked in a clean and organised way and explained everything clearly step by step. You can really tell he has a lot of experience and that he cares about doing the job properly and safely. On top of that, he has a very pleasant, calm, and respectful attitude, which makes a big difference.Posted on Google![]()

LOOK NO FURTHER if you are looking for the very best, most professional team of agents to market your home in the area. Johnathan and his team are without peer….Johnathan valued our home, prepared the marketing particulars (brilliant in themselves) and the team stepped up to the plate. Mel, in particular stands out, but others in the team were lovely and professional to deal with. We had never realised just what value the “Sold Subject to Contract” support an Estate Agent provides….they are in constant contact, chasing loose ends, talking to everyone involved throughout the chain, and keeping their fingers on the pulse! Hammonds has performed in a thoroughly exemplary manner throughout the whole process. We cannot praise them highly enough. As we said at the outset - LOOK NO FURTHER if you are considering a superb Estate Agency to market your home.Posted on Google![]()

We brought and sold with Hammond. The team at Bingham are fantastic, Jonathan, Mel and Sharron were brilliant they kept us up to date all the way through the process and knew, at hand the state of play when ever i called. Nothing was to much trouble, super fast at getting our house to market and equally when it came to gathering feedback from potential buyers. I would highly recommend using Hammond's.Posted on Google![]()

Charlotte and her colleagues did a really great job of selling my Mum's house in difficult circumstances. We live a 6-hr drive away so it was a real comfort to know Hammonds were seamlessly managing everything in a very professional and efficient way. Highly recommend them
