George came to replace our electric radiator and we can honestly say he is a professional. He was very punctual, polite, and extremely skilled at what he does. He worked in a clean and organised way and explained everything clearly step by step. You can really tell he has a lot of experience and that he cares about doing the job properly and safely. LOOK NO FURTHER if you are looking for the very best, most professional team of agents to market your home in the area. Johnathan and his team are without peer….Johnathan valued our home, prepared the marketing particulars (brilliant in themselves) and the team stepped up to the plate.   Mel, in particular stands out, but others in the team were lovely and professional to deal with. We had never realised just what value the “Sold Subject to Contract” support an Estate Agent provides….they are in constant contact, chasing loose ends, talking to everyone involved throughout the chain, and keeping their fingers on the pulse!   Hammonds has performed in a thoroughly exemplary manner throughout the whole process. We cannot praise them highly enough. We brought and sold with Hammond. The team at Bingham are fantastic, Jonathan, Mel and Sharron were brilliant  they kept us up to date all the way through the process and knew, at hand the state of play when ever i called. Charlotte and her colleagues did a really great job of selling my Mum's house in difficult circumstances. We live a 6-hr drive away so it was a real comfort to know Hammonds were seamlessly managing everything in a very professional and efficient way. Highly recommend them
